2012 Schedule (subject to change) Please note that we have also listed events being promoted by the Midwest Motorcycle Club held at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds in Columbus. All events listed below will be held at Mid-America unless it states that it is a Midwest Motorcycle Club event. We are currently in discussions to pay points from both promoters into one year end award per class.
Admission Grandstand age 10+: $8, age 5-9: $4 Pits age 10+: $10, age 5-9: $5 Age 5 and under free *Everybody entering the pits must sign a release. Riders/Spectators under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guradian to enter the pits. Saturday night events in June, July, and August will practice at 4:30 and race at 7:00. (Riders meeting at 4:00) Saturday night events in October will practice at 5:00 and race at 7:00.(Riders meeting at 4:30)

Saturday, June 9th Riders Meeting: 4:00 Practice 4:30 Race: 7:00	Mid-America Opening Night 2012 Support the future of the Flattrack! $100 to the winning bike owner in the 80cc-200cc Youth Class! $50 for second! The 80-200cc class is a youth amateur class and the intent is to provide mom and dad with some additional funds to support their child's race program. With that in mind payout will be given to the person that signs the winning rider's release form. In an effort to not jeopardize a rider's amateur status, cash prizes will not be given to the actual rider. Trophies/Trophy buyback will be awarded in addition to the winner's bonus. Saturday, June 23rd Riders Meeting: 4:00 Practice 4:30 Race: 7:00	Sixth annual Marion County Fair Race This year our fair race moves from our traditional third week in July to the third week in June. The temperatures will be lower but the action on the track will be hotter than ever. Mid-America exists because of that first race we put on in 2007. Come out and support the fair and then head to the grandstands for the races.

Saturday, July 28th Riders Meeting: 4:00 Practice 4:30 Race: 7:00	Support the Riders that have supported the sport! Sr. Rider Appreciation Night Mid-America pays tribute to the riders that have kept flattrack going for nearly 80+ years. In addition to the regular trophy/trophy buyback program Mid-America will throw in a $75 bonus to win the 50+ class, $50 bonus for second, and $25 to the oldest rider finishing 3rd through 12th. (Must take checkered flag to be eligible)

Friday, August 17th Riders Meeting; 4:00 Practice: 4:30 Race: 7:00	Night before the Mile/MotoGP Weekend presented by Harley-Davidson of Bloomington, Indiana (non points race) Last years race was was a huge success with 40 riders signing up for the 450 Class, and the winner taking home $1500. Mike O'Neill has also agreed to bring back his Bob Stark Indian Arrows featuring riders on identically prepared 1949 250cc Indian Arrows, and the speedway class will make a return. This year we will be running limited classes so that the pro riders that attend the event can put on a great show and still rest up for the Indy Mile which will be held the next day. Saturday, October 27th Riders Meeting: 4:30 Practice 5:00 Race: 7:00	3rd annual Halloween Race Where else can you see a duck collecting the checkers? How about an open class rider wearing buttlerfly wings and a pink tutu? Riders and spectators alike are encouraged to dress in their favorite costumes and decorate their pit area. Riders will be assigned their starting position in heat races based on the quality of their costume as determined by our celebrity judges
